Meet Your Coach

Stephanie Yeatts

    She is a momma and wife to her two favorite boys. Also, she is a Certified Health Education Specialist and Licensed Professional Counselor Associate. A native to Texas, she spent her college years living on the beautiful island of Oahu, where she was part of the Hawaii Pacific University Collegiate cheerleading team, and then Assistant Coach for their Acrobatics and Tumbling team and Cheerleading team while receiving my Master’s degree. She has also been on 2 ICU World Championship cheerleading teams. Before all of that, she was a gymnast! As you can see, sports have been a huge part of her life from a very young age.

    Her little family have now nestled down in the state of North Carolina and she spends her time taking care of my baby boy, Asher, cooking, blogging, and health coaching & counseling. Through her experience in sports, she gained wisdom, knowledge, and personal experience in the realms of health, fitness, and mindset. Through her counseling experience, she gained knowledge and a passion for implementing healthy habit changes. She recognized that there are deeper, emotional connections to food and lifestyle that make habit changes difficult, but not impossible.

    It's her goal is to educate, inspire, and create helpful resources of this knowledge to everyone from athletes to busy mommas!
