As a massage therapist, I look forward to helping you increase your body awareness and promote wellness and relaxation. If it is chronic pain, repetitive motion issues, or an injury, massage can help alleviate pain, reduce tension, and provide ease of movement. My intention is to support you by providing massage in a safe and wellness promoting environment. Together we can customize your sessions to achieve your goals for comfort, relaxation and body awareness. Swedish, myofascial release and trigger point therapy are some examples of how we can create your treatment plan and start you on your path to comfort. These modalities combined with meditation and breathing exercises during your session can bring you to an increased awareness of your body's potential.
As a recent graduate of Body Therapy Institute, my training is client-centered, and my emphasis is on meeting my clients where they are, and helping them realize the potential within themselves through massage. My path to massage began with my Autistic sons, from them I have gained love trust and the ability to see things from different perspectives. It is my privilege to share this and practice massage with you!
