My interest in massage therapy began when I was a young girl. My paternal Grandmother and my Mother would tell me stories of my families ancestral healers echoing the knowledge and tales from the past. They always told me that I had healing hands and from that time on, I knew healing would be my path in this life.

I have been living and loving my life as a full time massage therapist since 2017, where I received my education at Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage in New York State. Shortly after graduation I received my Reiki two level attuning, knowing that energetic modalities would be a major part of working with my clients. I believe that the body has an innate ability to heal itself and I wish to utilize my expertise to assist every client in their healing process. Through listening to the body and thoughtful communication, I strive to create the ideal environment for the body to unwind and begin its healing work.

I approach each session by creating a curated experience integrating different modality combinations including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Decompression or Cupping therapy, Hot Stone therapy, knowledge of Shiatsu Meridians, and Reiki to address both physical and energetic issues in each client.

My rooted interest in the medicines provided to us by Mother Earth inspire me everyday and as I continue to grow in my career. I hope to add Clinical Herbalism to my future healing practice, as well as attuning to Reiki level three.

In my spare time you can find me hiking with my husband Rob and my sweet dog Kana, foraging for wild edibles, working in my garden, and knitting to relax after a long day
