I have been practicing yoga for over 25 years and am a certified Iyengar yoga teacher. My training has been exclusively in the Iyengar tradition, which focuses on developing systematic body intelligence, and allows each student to practice a wide variety of poses, with adaptations through the use of props as needed. I draw from my 20 years of experience as a physical therapist to enhance my yoga teaching. My goal in teaching is to create a kind and joyful environment, while students learn to explore their body’s capabilities, and practice meditation in action.
