Megan has been practicing yoga for the past 8 years. The more Megan immersed herself in the practice the more she fell in love with it. It became an integral part of her path of self-discovery. Megan believes that yoga is a unique journey for every individual and encourages authenticity in her students. She completed her 200 RYT yoga training at Mind the Mat, in Del Ray, VA. Her background as an Occupational Therapist gives her a holistic approach to the mind/body connection. Sharing the balance she has found through yoga is her inspiration for teaching. In her classes you can expect to find good music, a smile and the freedom to be just as you are in that moment.
