We ask for you to arrive just a few minutes before your appointment time so that we can start your session at your scheduled time and be able to fully utilize the allotted time.
We ask for 24 hour notice should you need to cancel or move an appointment. We understand that there are true emergencies, and you can't always plan being sick but please call as soon as possible to allow us the opportunity to fill the time slot. In the case of a no show or short cancellation, there will be a fee of 50% of the cost of your scheduled service that will be required to be paid before your next appointment can be made.
In the event that you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate your full session but there is a limited amount of time between your appointment and the next. If you arrive more than 10 minutes your appointment time will be shortened so the following appointment is not compromised. If you can not be reached by 30 minutes into your appointment it will be considered a no show and the same policy will apply.
Each deal or special has specific guidelines that should be read prior to purchase and will be upheld. If a deal or special is not redeemed before it's expiration date you will be responsible for paying the difference between the deal and the standard service price.
