Arriving for your appointment

We ask for you to arrive just a few minutes before your appointment time so that we can start your session at your scheduled time and be able to fully utilize the allotted time.

Cancellation/No Show Policy

We ask for 24 hour notice should you need to cancel or move an appointment. We understand that there are true emergencies, and you can't always plan being sick but please call as soon as possible to allow us the opportunity to fill the time slot. In the case of a late cancellation (less than 24 hours), there will be a fee of 50% of the cost of your scheduled service that will be required to be paid before your next appointment can be made. In the case of a no call/no show, there will be a fee of a 100% of the cost of your scheduled service, that will be required to be paid before your next appointment can be made. If your service was purchased through a third party provider, we reserve the right to redeem your voucher to pay our therapist for their lost time.

Please note that there is a 48 hour notice required for cancelling all Naturopathic Appointments. Late cancellation fee is 50% of the visit fee.

Arriving Late

In the event that you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate your full session but there is a limited amount of time between your appointment and the next. If you arrive more than 10 minutes your appointment time will be shortened so the following appointment is not compromised. If you can not be reached by 15 minutes into your appointment it will be considered a no show and the same policy will apply.

All sales are final; no refunds will be given for any reason. Purchases expire 6 months from the date of sale unless otherwise noted. The value of any expired classes/sessions will be credited to your account as a balance to be used towards a future purchase.

Each deal or special has specific guidelines that should be read prior to purchase and will be upheld. If a deal or special is not redeemed before it's expiration date you will be responsible for paying the difference between the deal and the standard service price.
