My passion for massage started in my high school track and cross country years. With as much constant physical activity as we endured, on set aches and pains was a regular. Learning how to deal with all our aches is what drew me to massage therapy.
In 2016, I began the massage program at Minnesota State Community and Technical College in Wadena, Minnesota. I graduated from the program in 2017 where I specialized in deep tissue, hot stone, and sports therapy. I started my own business as a traveling therapist at first, then settled into a space at Glamour Full Service Salon and continued my practice there. I had taken a few other online continuing education courses along with a course in Duluth, Minnesota. I am always learning more so I can best help my clients.
After dealing with chronic pain associated with track and cross country, that is what has drawn me to working with people who deal with discomfort on a daily basis. Working into those deeper muscles that do not get the attention they crave is what I like to deal with most. Helping people feel healthy and watch their attitudes change is a great feeling for me. My goal is for you to leave with your body feeling better than before.
My wife and I moved to North Carolina in July of 2018. She is studying at UNC in speech language pathology. We enjoy running, working out, swimming, and hiking with our dog Bucky. Just about every weekend we are off exploring somewhere, finding new places to hike around. We are almost always off on some sort of adventure.
