Join us for a yin and restorative yoga practice that will leave you feeling grounded in your body
and connected with the world around you. As the temperatures heat up, find cooling with the practice
of yin and restorative yoga. These classes will include the use of props to promote rest and relaxation
as well as nature-themed meditations.

Wednesday Evenings starts April 19th, 2017
Class times are from 7:15 pm to 8:30 pm
The middle of the week can require a lot of patience. In this class, we will focus on using the body
to help calm the mind. A slow vinyasa, punctuated with holding asanas (poses) with deep breathing,
will create a peaceful end to your day. This class is for all levels, beginners to advanced practitioners.

Start your morning off right with an active stretch! Work hard, without breaking a sweat,
and be ready for whatever the day throws your way.Combining yoga, pilates and gentle stretching
techniques, you're sure to leave feeling energized. So get up, get moving and get active!

Class times are from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm
Take a deep breath, slow down and relax yourself. This deep stretching class uses a combination
of yoga, breath work and PNF techniques in a slow paced environment to help improve flexibility.
Focused on stretching and lengthening the major muscle groups (including: the spine, hips and hamstrings),
to help release tired tight muscles and improved range of motion over time. This class is ideal for all fitness levels.

Saturday Mornings (alternating) Starts May 6th, 2017
Class times are from 9:00 am to 10:00 am
Kick off your weekend with a vinyasa (flow), building heat and energy in the body to help you enjoy the weekend before you.
We will move through a variety of asanas to help focus the mind on movement and breath.
This class is for all levels, beginners to advanced practitioners, though may be challenging if it is your very first class ever.
