This 6 week series will spend each week focusing on a different chakra in the body. Great as a full series to bring your body back and your chakras back to alignment.

Wind Down Restoration

Class times are from 7:15 pm to 8:30 pm

The middle of the week can require a lot of patience. In this class, we will focus on using the body to help calm the mind. A slow vinyasa, punctuated with holding asanas (poses) with deep breathing, will create a peaceful end to your day. This class is for all levels, beginners to advanced practitioners.

Class times are from 9:00 am to 10:00 am

Kick off your weekend with a vinyasa (flow), building heat and energy in the body to help you enjoy the weekend before you. We will move through a variety of asanas to help focus the mind on movement and breath.

This class is for all levels, beginners to advanced practitioners, though may be challenging if it is your very first class ever.

This introductory series provides the opportunity to learn the proper techniques and skills.

Deep Stretch

Thursday Evenings (4 week series) Starts May 4th, 2017
Class times are from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm

Take a deep breath, slow down and relax yourself. This deep stretching class uses a combination of yoga, breath work and PNF techniques in a slow paced environment to help improve flexibility. Focused on stretching and lengthening the major muscle groups (including: the spine, hips and hamstrings), to help release tired tight muscles and improved range of motion over time. This class is ideal for all fitness levels.
